CHRONOLOGY
April 2005: Senate speech by Sir James Ah Koy becomes the seed of the idea for this project
July 2007: Pastor Samisoni Seru and Pastor Peni Seru appointed as translators for the project
July 2007: Translation, transcription and editorial work commences
November 2008: 58 of 66 books of the Bible translated and edited ready for printing
December 2008: NFT Bible Website is launched and the first book Genesis is uploaded
December 2008: Fiji Daily Post Newspaper publishes, with permission from the Ah Koy Christian Trust, the first ever hard copy public release of the New Fijian Translation (NFT) Bible in a serialised format in their daily and weekly newspapers.
February 2010: Final Print Draft of the NFT Bible uploaded to the website for free download
